Engage fee changes

Dear Member
As you are aware Engage will introduce a new fee structure from 24th September 2024.
Some fees will increase while others will reduce. Details of theses changes have been sent to card holders by Engage.
How will this impact on the credit union?
The cost of a same day payment with Engage will be only 15p. This is less than our cost as a credit union to make a payment on your behalf.
Due to this we will no longer be able to make payments from your Engage card.
You will only be able to make payments to friends or family via the Engage App.
It is therefore vital that you, if you have not already done so, download and start to unitise the Engage App.
